Daniel Marsden : A Creative Journal

My long time friend and bandmate Dan Marsden just launched his fabulous website, www.daniel-marsden.com. Dan is a graphic designer, artist, musician, producer and most importantly a kind soul. I am very excited to help spread the word on his public space which collects various forms of his visual and audio output from the past 11 or so years.

My connection to Dan started in high school. My band would play with his band, we’d go see the same shows, we knew a lot of the same people. We gently rolled out our relationship to form the duo Mathlete, which led us to The New Constitution and not to mention a few stops inbetween. In addition to contributing musically and emotionally to all of the afore mentioned projects, Dan was always the visual guru designing our websites and print media, all of which have been resurrected for your viewing pleasure.

His output goes far far beyond the projects I’ve been involved in. I encourage you to spend some time poking around his new site. Enjoy!

Audio Graves 2 on the way

Audio Graves 2, Vols. 5-8 are in the works. I have the tracklists set and Vol. 5 fully mastered. All volumes will be released simultaneously in March, but hopefully a bit earlier if time allows. The format is the same as last time, each album will have 25 songs and will span from my earliest recordings from the mid 90′s up to present day. All songs are previously unreleased, demos, outtakes and live recordings.
